Our Network

Arno Haase
There is no need for introducing Arno at all, because as an open-source committer he is well-known among the supporters of the MDA approach. is very happy to cooperate with Arno especially in critical or urgent project scenarios, which our customers ask us to solve. Exception: Arno is not available during the summer carnival season of Rio.

Christian Hasenstab
Christian is a creative type and capable of finding innovative, if sometimes unorthodox, solutions for any kind of problem, no matter how complex. After having finished his degree in computer science, he set about gathering years of experience in software development, coaching and technical project management in the banking sector, as well as in the automobile and logistics industry. On the occasions that the resolution of J2EE architecture problems leaves him time to take a breath, he shares tales of his adventures in Peru or Prague, or represents Germany on the ice.

Peter Hornig
Peter is the one who grasps complex scenarios quickly – the harder, the better – and he keeps hold of all the strings, especially in stressful situations. He is fond of integration tasks which serve to match business demand with the integration of existing systems. For this he helps to set up teams and co-ordinates his team members "inter pares". With a degree in computer science, he has amassed great practical experience in a wide range of technologies, from Cobol to Web 2.0. When he is not concentrating on J2EE, ETL, EAI and SOA, he looks after his farm near Frankfurt.

Peter Kaiser
Peter has a degree in economics and achieved his goal of self-employment on the back of long-held experience in project and programme management, gained while working for an international US manufacturer. His focus is now on data warehousing (major projects) and CRM environment for the financial, telecommunication and logistics sector. Unlike some other colleagues, Peter doesn't go for throwing mobile-phones when faced with critical situations – he just shows practical clout and gets the projects delivered in the best way possible.

Dr. Udo Nink
Udo’s focus can best be described as enterprise architecture management. Since many years he has been engaged in enterprise-wide application- and system-architectures, for customer-specific software development- and architectural processes, architectural guidelines and reviews, and has been busy with repository-based IT-inventories as baseline for IT department planning. In both, this role, and that of a project manager, he can rely on his well-founded hands-on experience in large enterprises.

Jürgen Pullem
Jürgen’s extensive wealth of experience has helped us on several occasions, especially in the database and ETL area. Both his university degree and his depth of experience with EDIFACT and customs processes have been beneficial for our projects. When designing databases and loading processes, he steers his teams in such a way that even complicated operations will be delivered via simple and stable implementation. It’s only on Friday afternoons that his family and his tennis traditionally take priority over his other activities.

Maz Rashid
Maz has already carried out several application development projects with us. As a senior software developer with a focus on Java and J2EE architectures, he is able to prop up critical situations in a solution-oriented way. He has many years of experience in the development of real-time trading systems, which is especially beneficial in a changing environment. His favourite team activity is however to render unsafe the different castles of Prague.

Christian Schneider
The focus of Christian’s project work is the architecture and development of web-based multi-tier applications using J2EE and MDA approaches. He is especially knowledgeable in the area of design patterns, and he is a leader on several major projects, e.g. in aviation and logistics. Christian is able to share his knowledge with the wider community as a published author of articles in professional journals – mainly in the English language.

Dr. Wolfgang Winklmayr
Wolfgang is a physicist with more than 20 years of IT experience. His main focus is trained on project management, systems architecture and requirement engineering. Wolfgang has been working as an independent consultant for more than 8 years and is co-founder of tapcon GmbH. A learned Austrian, Wolfgang spends his spare time in the mountains of his homeland, or enjoying the culinary delights of his Italian neighbours.
